Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday). We do not ship on weekends or holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, you will be notified via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We currently ship only within the United States. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.
Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please double-check your information before completing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if your package is missing or arrives damaged.
